pandawatoto Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of pandawatoto services by all users in Indonesia. By accessing or using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using pandawatoto services in any form, you expressly confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any of the applicable terms, you are required to stop using this platform immediately.
These terms apply to all users of the pandawatoto platform, including unregistered visitors, users in the process of registering, and active members with a verified account. Continued use of this service after an updated version of these terms is published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Users under the age of 18 years, or below the minimum age required by the laws applicable in their jurisdiction, are not permitted to register or use pandawatoto services in any capacity.

2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on pandawatoto. Creating more than one account by the same individual, whether under the same or a different identity, constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
Information provided during registration, including full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number, must be accurate, complete, and up to date. pandawatoto reserves the right to request verification of this information at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and the security of their account. You are not permitted to share your account credentials with any other party in any form. All activity that occurs through your account, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by another person, is your sole responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the pandawatoto support team immediately through official channels. pandawatoto is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of an account resulting from the user's failure to maintain account security.
3. User Obligations and Responsibilities
pandawatoto users are required to use the platform solely for legitimate entertainment purposes and in accordance with applicable terms. Any form of platform misuse, including but not limited to system manipulation, use of unauthorized automated software, or attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities, constitutes a serious violation that will be addressed in accordance with applicable procedures.
Users are prohibited from using this platform for activities that violate applicable laws in Indonesia, including money laundering, fraud, or transactions related to other illegal activities. pandawatoto cooperates with the relevant authorities in handling reports of suspicious activity in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
Users are also required not to disrupt the security or integrity of the platform's systems, not to distribute content that is offensive or infringes upon the rights of others, and to respect other users in every interaction facilitated by the platform.
4. Payments, Transactions, and Financial Information
All transactions on the pandawatoto platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users may make deposits using available local payment methods, including inter-bank transfers from major banks in Indonesia and e-wallets supported by the platform.
Deposits will be credited to the user's account once verification by the system and payment provider is complete. Deposit processing times vary depending on the method used and network conditions at the time of the transaction, typically ranging from a few minutes to several hours. Users are advised to keep their transaction receipt for reference.
Withdrawals may be processed once the user has met the identity verification (KYC) requirements set out by the platform. pandawatoto reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that show signs of fraud, violations of these terms, or unusual activity. All withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
Users are responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from their activity on the platform in accordance with applicable tax regulations in Indonesia. pandawatoto does not provide tax advice to users.
5. Account Policy: Suspension and Closure
pandawatoto reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account if there is a suspected violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity on the account, or a request from the relevant authorities. During the suspension period, users will not be able to access their balance or carry out any transactions on the platform.
Users whose accounts have been suspended may submit an appeal through the official pandawatoto support channels, providing the information required for the review process.
pandawatoto reserves the right to permanently close a user's account if a serious violation of these terms is found, including the use of a false identity, creation of more than one account, system manipulation, or other illegal activities. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a violation cannot be reclaimed.
Users may also submit a voluntary account closure request through official support channels. Any remaining balance in an account closed at the user's request will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal procedure, provided there are no outstanding obligations.
6. Intellectual Property Rights and Limitation of Liability
All content available on the pandawatoto platform, including but not limited to interface design, logos, text, graphics, software, and audiovisual materials, is the intellectual property of pandawatoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes without written permission.
pandawatoto provides this service on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption. pandawatoto is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from gameplay, technical disruptions, or unauthorized access beyond the platform's control.
This platform may include links or references to third-party services. pandawatoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Users are advised to read the terms of each third-party service independently before using them.
Betting and gaming activities carry financial risk. Use the platform responsibly and set spending limits that match your financial means. pandawatoto supports a responsible gaming program for all users.
7. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
pandawatoto reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of this document will always be available on this page and takes effect immediately upon publication. The date of the last update will always be displayed at the top of the document for users' reference.
